Making art at 14,000 feet? Yes — first at the Canada France Hawaii Telescope, then the Gemini Telescope in Chile, the Large Binocular Telescope in Arizona and finally the Pope’s Summer Palace at Castel Gandolfo, the centre for Vatican Astronomy. Making art about the experience of living and working amongst scientists and engineers from all over the world who are enlarging our knowledge of the universe nightly was a huge privilege.
